                             'One Born Every Minute'

'One Born Every Minute' is an English documentary which exlpores the labour ward of a maternity hospital. It shows the amazing journey that women go through during their pregnancy and labour. 40 cameras are placed in the maternity ward to capture those special moments. This documentary helps to inform the audience of what pragnancy and labour is like.
This is an observational documentary as the camera follows a person as the events unfold. 'One Born Every Minute' shares the womens most special moment with the audience, creating an emotional documentary. This documentary will be mostly watched by women as this is what most go through, so it can be useful and factual for those women.      

'Supersize vs Superskinny'

'Supersize vs Superskinny' is a UK documentary which trys to help two people reach a healthy weight. Two people are put in a house together, one is extremely underweight and the other is over weight. They swap their very different diets with each other to see it they can reach a healthy weight. It is a very hard and emotional process for them both, which makes this documentary emotional for the audeince.
It also informs the audience that they should eat healthy otherwise they too could become an unhealthy weight. This documentary is also a observational type because it follows the two people as they go through their eating plans and try to reach their healthy weight.
